1/25/08 Homework

Student spent all day Friday completing their saint projects. Please join us on Sunday after church at the school for our "Hall of Saints". Students will receive extra credit for dressing up as his/her saint.

The only homework this weekend would be the Biography assignment. Students should have their Biographies read by now and start working on their 2 writing assignments. Student need to write a one page, double spaced - font 13, written summary of the book and also a 1 page response paper. The guidelines for these papers are the same book report guidelines given to students at the beginning of the year. Students should have them in their Reading folders. The writing assignments are due February 1st.

From here on out I will be including with the homework in the blog the amount of time students are given in class to work on homework. Inside the parenthesis beside the subject will be the number of minutes students were given to work during class to complete the homework. I hope with your encouragement from home, as well as my reminders in class, students will see the benefits of using class time wisely.
